What are your
office hours?
We are open 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time Monday through Friday.
Other hours are available by appointment.
What types of payment do you accept?
You may pay by cash, check, money order or via PayPal.
Where are you located?
We are located in downtown Chicago, in the 333 North Michigan
Avenue Building at the southeast corner of Wacker Drive and
Michigan Avenue, just south of the Chicago River.
Do you pick up and deliver work?
Yes. We use a messenger service and pass the delivery charge on to
you.
How long have you been in business?
We opened Michigan Avenue Office Services in 1994 and have been "virtual" since 2002.
What is your turnaround time on projects?
We pride ourselves on our high work quality and short turnaround
times. We will give you a completion date upon receipt of the
project. We can also do rush jobs if needed.
